Practicing Collaborative Teachers to Strengthen Student’s Visionary Leadership Skills

This research aimed at strengthening the visionary leadership skills of students through Participatory Action Research (PAR) methodology, which is a spiral cycle Planning, Acting, Observing, and Reflecting (PAOR). In this study, researchers conducted investigation over course two cycles (each lasting one semester) in Academic Year 2021. The three expected outcomes development were as follows: 1) there would be changes from both anticipated unanticipated practices; 2) learning obtained practices level, group level (co-researchers), organizational (school); 3) knowledge gained specific context Phayakkhaphumwittayakarn School (the area). There 12 teachers, who co-researchers, 425 students, comprised target for development. results contributed to changes. other words, had higher average scores assessment when 3 phases compared (before after 1st 2nd cycle). addition, co-researchers exposed effects. team, school also learned lessons practice considered knowledge, model called Six Driving Forces that Affect Success Project entitled ‘Practicing Collaborative Teachers Strengthen Student's Visionary Leadership Skills.’
